Early times Report

Jammu, Jan 21: DPS Nagbani organized a Show and Tell Competition for the students of I to III today in the school premises. Children participated enthusiastically in this competition. The aim of this competition was to encourage the imagination and creative thinking. It was conducted with a view to boost the spontaneous ability of the students to translate their thoughts and ideas into the words. It helps in speech clarity and to gather courage and overcome stage fear. All the students actively participated in the competition and delivered an extraordinary presentation of ideas and thoughts. The students showed objects of their choice and spoke on them very innovatively expressing their thoughts with a mastery over the language. The intonation and voice modulation achieved by them was of a very high order and left the judges so impressed that they had a hard time selecting the winners. The show proved to be a great success.
ON the occasion, Harshita Singh-Administration Coordinator said that such competitions raise the morale of the children because they learn very quickly through such type of competitions.
and the urge to learn very always prevails. It is need of the hour to have more and more competitions like this so that the students continue to perform well.
