| Deputed for campaign in Delhi, J&K BJP leaders busy in photo sessions | | |

Jammu, Jan 28: BJP has called leaders from J&K to “help” Delhi unit in the on-going assembly polls in the national capital but most of the leaders who have been invited are busy in posting pictures and videos on the social media.
Instead of seriously campaigning for party candidates in Delhi, leaders from J&K are busy in doing ‘photo sessions’ at different localities to befool central leadership.
As per some videos and pictures posted by these leaders, they are campaigning in isolated places and are looking non serious in doing their job.
There is race among BJP leaders from J&K to put pictures and videos on the social media to give a message that they are the ‘star campaigners’ in Delhi elections but the reality is that they are invited only to do some grass-root level works.
Credible sources said that keeping in view the tough fight being given by Aam Aadami Party (AAP) in Delhi, BJP high command has asked J&K unit of the party to send some leaders to help Delhi unit in intensifying campaign. Most of the BJP leaders of J&K are themselves not aware of the seriousness of the campaign because in two successive Lok Sabha elections of 2014 and 2019, voters had themselves voted in favour of BJP due to strong Modi wave. And in 2014 assembly elections there was also a Modi wave and secondly leaders from outside the J&K had managed campaign. None of the BJP leader from J&K is known to the tactics of effective campaign because they emerged victorious only due to Modi wave.
