JAMMU, Feb 19: J&K Employees Joint Action Committee (R) was held a meeting today under the Chairmanship of its State President Babu Hussain Malik to discuss various issues of the employees. Babu Hussain Malik appealed to government employees of every department to join together on single platform to get their genuine rights. EJAC (R) fully supported the ongoing strike of PHE department and daily wagers of all other departments. They reiterated their demands including Removal of pay anomalies of clerical cadre/amendment in SRO-333. Notionally benefits w.e.f. 01/1996 and monetary w.e.f 02/2003 as per High court Directions. Restoration of two additional increments on clearing Secretariat Assistant Examination Course which has been wrongly stopped vide SRO-333 dated 02-08-2018. Regularization of Daily wagers/Contractual/Adhoc/Casual labourers,/ ((1)364 Anganwari Workers and helpers. To examine all pending files of Daily wagers/Contractual/Casual Labourers under SRO-520 and issue- the necessary orders for regularization of Contractual Lecturers/Teachers. Pay Grades as per Central Government pattern. 5 days a week working in all the offices outside Civil Secretariat also. Enhancement of medical allowance from Rs 300 to Rs 2000 per month, creation of one separate department of Clerical cadre having common seniority on the pattern of Accounts Cadre and Planning Cadre etc. |
