| | The work from home initiative is a novel way of doing work from home at a time when the whole world is threatened by the deadly coronavirus. It is heartening that some private organisations have allowed its employees to work from home to avoid social contact. Since the virus in question spreads through touch and not through air, it is in the fitness of things to allowed the employees to work from home. This noval idea and practice will help in social distancing and it will have the two pronged effect. On one side it will have a positive effect on the work and on the other side it will help us in our fight against the virus. The work from should be ensured by the private, public and governmental organisations and only then will we be successful in our endeavours otherwise not. Work from home will keep the wheels of the economic activity going on and it will also give a blow to the virus which has become a epidemic and is threatening us today. Work from home initiative is a temporary measure and is not a permanent alternative. It is a temporary measure to tide over the current situation which has arisen due to the emergence of the virus. We cannot be complacent and allow our economic activity to stop but we should keep the works going on and for this it is all the more necessary that the work is not disturbed but should go on in the interest of the country. Therefore the practice of work from home will have a positive effect on the work and also will give a death blow to the effects of the deadly virus. Both the government and private organisations and departments should be allowed to work from home so that the works will not suffer and at the same time the adverse effects of the virus will be limited. For this it is in the fitness of things that the employees should work from their homes which will ensure social distancing and it will also be a measure to work at the time of the crises. All of us should contribute our might in this noble cause of working from the home and defeating the effects of the virus. Since working from the home will restrict the social interface and this as such will help in the containment of the coronavirus. We should take all precautionary measures and keep ourselves clean and wash our hands so often so that the virus will not affect us. The work from home is a novel idea and it will help us in the discharging of our duty without social contact. All that is required is that we should work from home and this will help in boosting our economy in the neck of the epidemic and the adverse effects of the virus will be minimum. Therefore we should put our offerings in this mahayagha of work from home in the form of our work contribution from homes. All that is required is that we as the responsible members of the society should cooperate the managements of the companies and the government through work from home and this will be our contribution in this noble cause. Work from home will ensure social distancing and at the same time it will also not affect the work cycle but will rather help in the continuation of the work from the home with least risk to our lives. Since necessity is the mother of the invention and thus has the man invented the measure and initiative of work from home to minimise the effects of the corona virus at the same time help in the contribution of the work. As responsible members of our society we should cooperate with the authorities and take pleasure in working from the home for some time to defeat the virus and also to ensure that the work is not suspended or halted due to the epidemic. Therefore we should take all the necessary precautions and also work from the home. Besides we should confine ourselves to our homes for the time being so that the virus will not affect us. In nutshell we should work from the home which will help in minimum of the social interaction and maximum of work. Let us not be panicky but boldly defeat the virus with precaution and prevention and sanitation and health and hygiene. |
