Early Times REport

Jammu, May 4: Though appeals in the form of songs, poems, stories, drawings are surfacing from many quarters in fight against Coronavirus but a girl from Jammu has stood by the Indian Army at this juncture through her Dogri song warning Pakistan of befitting reply by Indian Army along border.
The song is not only getting likes on various social media platforms but also being shared by the netizens.
Sars Bharti famous as “Duggar Di Beti” (Daughter of Dogra) on microblogging site Twitter has uploaded the one minute Dogri Song, written by her father, famous folk singer and performer, Romalo Ram in which she has warned Pakistan to stop violating ceasefire otherwise Indian Army will respond aggressively to the cross border firing. Pertinent to mention here that Pakistan Army is continuously violating the ceasefire for the past so many months on the Line of Control and International Border.
“In this situation when the whole world is fighting a war against Corona Virus, Pakistan is still engaged in ceasefire Violations on the border,” said Sars Bharti adding, “we need to stand by our forces who are on one hand fighting against Corona pandemic and simultaneously against the enemy on border.”
“So, I chose to sing a song as a medium to respect our forces and to warn Pakistan that if they will not stop, our Army will give them a befitting reply,” said.
The song is penned down by Romalo Ram, father of Sars Bharti. Romalo Ram is a renowned folk singer and a performer. He along with daughters Sars Bharti and Pooja Bharti, are often invited as special artists to perform at government functions. Sars in the song has reminded Pakistan of 1971 war asserting that India as of now is exercising restraint and if they will not stop, will get a befitting reply.
