| NIA Court sent Ex-Sarpanch to 15 days Judicial Remand | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 4: Special Judge NIA Suneet Gupta today granted 15days Judicial Remand of Ex-Sarpanch Tariq Ahmed Mir of Shopian who was arrested by NIA case in Suspended DySP Davinder Singh’s case.
Today NIA produced the accused before the court and seeking Judicial Remand of 30 days. Court after perusal of the CD file observed that the stage of investigation and gravity of offences attributable against the accused and allowed the application and accused is remanded to Judicial Custody for 15 days and during the remand period accused shall be kept in District Jail Kathua.
