"The irresponsible approach of some officials in the GMC administration has marred the efforts of the Govt. due to which covid-19 virus cases have witnessed shape spike to an alarming level. If the corrective measures are not taken to streamline hospital administration for effective response to the covid-19 pandemic, Jammu may face a catastrophic situation in coming days," warns Apni Party Provincial President Manjit Singh.
The Former Minister was speaking in a function organised by Sardeesh Rana in which over a dozen people joined the Party. Apni Party leaders Madan Lal Chalotra and Bodh Raj Bhagat were also present on the occasion. Prominent who joined the Apni Party included Sham Lal, Ch. Ranbir Saini, Joginder Kumar, Puma Kumar, Parveer Kumar, Salman, Nizam, Raman Kumar, Ajay Kumar, Bhannu, Avi Kumar and others.
He said that the GMC hospital has been facing shortage of oxygen supply, doctors and paramedical staff. However, some officials in hospital administration are busy fighting with each other instead of improving coordination to improve health care facilities.
