Early Times Report

SRINAGAR, Oct 11: Apni Party leader Syed Farooq Andrabi on Sunday presided over a public meeting convened at Chadoora in district Budgam district to discuss issues of public importance.
The meeting was organized by the Apni Party leader G.M Namthali and Master Mohammad Maqbool to discuss issues of basic amenities which are giving a tough time to the inhabitants of this historic town. Prominent workers of the party from Chadoora and its adjoining areas attended the meeting discussing various issues of public importance besides expressing faith and confidence in the leadership of Apni Party President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari. The locals were concerned over the lack of basic amenities like proper road connectivity, poor supply of safe drinking water, erratic electricity supply, improper mobile connectivity and shabby condition of tourist spots. Addressing the meeting, Andrabi urged the government to macadamize the roads for better connectivity, provide clean drinking water and ensure proper electricity supply in Chadoora and its adjoining areas. The Apni Party leader said that online studies have suffered badly in the district because of poor internet connectivity and on the other, many people do not have mobile phones with internet access.
