Reasi, Oct 24: To strengthen the Police Public relations and to bring people nearer to the Police for better output in prevention, detection of crime and solve the problems of general public of Talwara area, a PCPG meeting was held at Talwara today on 24.10.2020 by Dy.SP Hqrs. Reasi Sh. Iftkhar Ahmed alongwith Inspector Sumit Sharma SHO P/S Reasi and SI Sunil Singh Incharge PP Talwara in which large number of respectable's of Talwara area participated. At the outset of the meeting, the participants were welcomed by the chairing Police Officer and also thanked the participants for sparing their valuable time to attend the meeting and requested them to put forth their genuine problems. Among them many persons have spoke in the meeting and praised the work of Police in these areas and they also assured their full support & participation in tackling any unlawful or untoward incident. Various public issues and problems raised by the participants were discussed in the meeting pertaining to different departments. The grievances of all the participants were heard patiently and they were assured that their genuine demands regarding Police will be redressed at the earliest and those pertaining to other departments will be communicated to the concerned officers for redressal. They were advised to maintain Communal Harmony in the area , and also requested to strengthen the hands of Police by providing information regarding notorious elements in the society.
