Early Times Report

Jammu, Nov 6: JKNPP Supremo Prof.Bhim Singh has given a call to all active members of JKNPP in J-K & Ladakh to enroll as delegates of the Panthers Party before November 12, 2020. He also said that any delegate may contest the election for the post of President & Chairman. The election is being held on November 15, 2020 in Jammu.
Prof.Bhim Singh has called the active members of Ladakh & Kashmir Valley that they can become delegates and appropriate authority has been given to the Kashmir Provincial President, Farooq Ahmed Dar and State Vice President Masood Andrabi. The delegates who are unable to reach Jammu on November 15 may forward their votes through e-mail. They can participate through online.
Prof.Bhim Singh has also contacted all district presidents to complete district elections of the district office bearers before November 15. He has also appealed to all the state leaders of J&K to sit-together and decide about the DDC (District Development Council) elections which are in process under the leadership of bureaucracy who have no knowledge about the weather conditions and political situation in J&K. He has urged the President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind for his intervention to cancel this forcible district election which shall prove counterproductive as the political parties of J&K have been kept aside and neglected by the administration. He has demanded immediate restoration of statehood and for restoring the political process so that all democratic processes of holding DDC election or Assembly election can involve the political parties of J&K. This is not a job of bureaucracy. He said that the so-called DDC & Panchayat elections shall prove counter-productive as the people of J&K are not involved in the political process by the bureaucracy. Let the President of India invite representatives of recognized political parties of J&K and understand their views on the political process in J&K.
