Aseem appointed as Counsel of ATS Rajasthan in Gun License Scam

JAMMU, Dec 16: Aseem Sawhney Additional Advocate General J&K has been appointed as Counsel for ATS Rajasthan Police in much Publicised Gun License Scam where several IAS officers of J&K are involved and petition has been filed by by senior IAS officer of J&K cadre Mr Rajeev Ranjan IAS former Deputy Commissioner And VC JDA.
In an order issued today Aseem Sawhney has been requested by the J&K Govt Law Department to appear for the Anti Terrorist Squad Rajasthan (ATS) before the J&K High Court Jammu. —JNF
