Locals from Dudran Boniyar have complained that their area is without electricity from the last few days, the inhabitants of these areas have requested the district administration and other concerned agencies to clear the roads and restore electricity on a war footing basis so the people of the sub Division Uri will not suffer more.
Here sources informed that a huge fire that broke out engulfed a two storied building in Mir Mohalla of Pehlipora Boniyar on Saturday morning.
The house of Mohammad Hayat Mir of Mir Mohalla got completely damaged, fortunately gas cylinder's were immediately taken out of the building, otherwise there would have been great damage to the whole Mir Mohalla in Pehlipora, adding locals doused the flames who came to rescue there.
Sources said that roughly around Rs 5 lakh worth of goods were burnt. The reason behind the fire was not immediately ascertained.
