Jammu, Feb 11: To provide best-in-class treatment to the residents of the city, HCMCT Manipal Hospitals, New Delhi would be organizing three Super Specialty OPDs on a single day. Surgical Gastroenterology, Orthopaedics, and CTVS (Cardio) OPDs will be held in association with Maxxlyfe Hospital and Trauma Center, Jammu on February 12 from 10 AM to 1 PM. The multi-specialty OPDs will be conducted by Dr Shailendra Lalwani, Head of Department of Liver Transplant and Hepato-Pancreatic-Biliary Surgery, Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Consultant, Department of Cardio, and Dr. Rajeev Verma-HOD & Consultant –Joints Replacement and Orthopaedic from HCMCT Manipal Hospitals.
Jammu region -both rural and urban areas- has been facing the considerable burden of these Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). The experts would not only provide specialty consultancy but also make people of the state capital aware of the prevention, early detection, and world-class facilities available now.
