UGC sponsored refresher course in entrepreneurship development concludes

JAMMU, Mar 2: UGC sponsored two weeks "Refresher course on Entrepreneurship Development" 15-28, February 2021, jointly organised by The Business School, HRDC, and Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu concluded today with the valedictory function.
Prof. Sameer Gupta, director The Business School, coordinator of the refreshers course, welcomed the invited guests and participants to the valedictory programme.
He emphasised that during the refreshers course an effort has been made to sensitise the participants about entrepreneurship development so that these faculty members can act as 'Resource Persons' in guiding and motivating young students and scholars to take up entrepreneurship as their career.
Prof. Sudhir K Jain, former Vice-Chancellor, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, and Prof. Emeritus IIT, Delhi, was the Chief Guest in the valedictory function. Prof. S K Jain, who has served at the top administrative positions in reputed organisations in the country and has taught Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and Entrepreneurship in IIT Delhi for more than 25 years, enlightened the audience with the basic principles of starting a new venture.
Prof. Manoj K Dhar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu, Chief Patron of the programme telephonically appreciated the efforts of the organising team for organising a programme on a contemporary theme and the efforts made by them for its success.
Sunil Bhardwaj, Asst. Prof. and Deputy Coordinator of the Programme gave a formal vote of thanks, thanking one and all who have contributed directly or indirectly for the successful conduct and completion of this course. The proceedings of the valedictory programme were carried out by Dr Rohit Bhagat, Asst. Prof. in The Business School, Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu.
