RAJOURI, Mar 2: Career Counseling, Placement Cell and NSS unit of Government PG College Rajouri in collaboration with Romeo Force Rajouri organized a motivational lecture on Career Opportunities for the youth. Isar Qureshi, a motivational speaker of global repute, was the chief guest and keynote speaker on the occasion. Isar deliberated in detail about career options available for the youth in private sector. He shared his experience and success mantras about building ones' career. The mesmerizing lecture was followed by an interactive session in which students actively participated and got their doubts and queries cleared. Presiding over the event, Dr Shakeel Ahmed Raina, Principal of the college, said that the motivation has very important role to play in shaping the career of the students. Saying that there is no substitute for the hard work, Dr Raina impressed upon the students to keep working hard unless they achieve their goals. Col Satyaroop of Romeo Force highlighted the need of organizing such events for the student community. Earlier the programme started with formal welcome address by Prof Amit Bhalla, Coordinator Career Counseling Cell. Prof Supriya Gupta, NSS Programme Officer introduced the resource person and highlighted his achievements. Dr Junaid Jazib, Coordinator Placement Cell, presented formal vote of thanks. The programme was attended by hundreds of students. Other prominent faculty members and Army officers who were present on the occasion include Prof Farooq Mirza, Prof Iqbal Raina, Prof Assadullah, Dr Anwar Shah, Prof Ghulam Abbas, Dr Abdul Haque Naimi, Dr Sajar Malik, Prof netar Prakash, Prof Manzoor Dar, Lt Col Sumit Singh, Lt Col Kartik Sodhi. Prof Amjad Bhatti extended technical support during the programme. |
