Sangam Theatre Group stage two plays at Shiv Khori Mela

Reasi, Mar 11: On the occasion of Annual Shiv Khori Mela held at TRC Ransoo department of tourism Jammu and District Administration Reasi organised
Two plays “Corana di pajeki”dogri, and “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” hindi staged by sangam theatre group Reasi.
On the occasion Indu Kanwal Chib KAS, Deputy Commissioner Reasi was the chief guest while Rashmi Wazir SSP Reasi, Rajinder Kumar Sharma: A.D.C.Reasi, Anil Kumar Chandail Dy. Director Tourism, Publicity, Jammu,. Ms. Ambika Bali AD Tourism Katra, Block Development officer, Naib Tehsildar pouni and concerned officials from other departments were also present.
The play was written and directed by M. Akram Khan, the artist who acted in the play were Anjali Anand, Inder Jeet Singh, Rajat Sharma, Raja Aamir Khan, Reshav Banathia, Sarita Devi, Pankaj Sharma, Akashdeep Singh, Rohit Kumar, Shadab Khan, Anil Kumar and Akram Khan. Large number of pilgrims, young generation, local and senior citizens of the adjoining areas. witnessed plays .The Actors generate awareness among people about the COVID-19 and “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” with creative expressions.
The Chief Guest appreciated the artist who staged the wonderful performance and also appreciated the efforts made by the sangam theatre group .The play was highly like by the audience who non-stop clapped for the participants who portrayed every character expertly.
