JAMMU, Apr 16: The Home Department ordered placement of 13 Chief Prosecuting Officers (CPOs) as Deputy Directors Prosecution (DDsP) on officiating basis, in their pay and grade with charge allowance as admissible under rules for a period of six month or till the posts are filled up on regular basis.
The CPOs who have been placed as Deputy Directors Prosecution included Khalid Muzaffar Jan, Mohd Ashraf Bakshi, Dawood Ahmed Tota, Inderjeet Lal, Laeeq Ahmed Dar, Aejaz Ahmed Bhat, Ms. Sunita Kargotra, Qazi Abdul Qayoom, Javid Iqbal, Bhupinder Singh, Mohammad Shafi, Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar and Satish Kumar.
Consequently Senior Prosecuting Officers (POs) who are promoted as Chief Prosecuting Officers included Ajay Kumar, Mohd Saleem, Vijay Sudan, Anil Kumar Gandotra, Syed Jehangir Ahmad, Ranjeev Kumar, Manzar Khayam, Rajesh Sharma, Himanshu Parakash, Safat Ahmad, Najeev Hussain Nahvi, Jatinder Kumar Anand, Aijaz Ahmad Najar, Mohd Amir Almansoor, Rohit Gupta, Anil Dev Jamwal, Syed Sareer Ahmad, Taimoor Jehangir Khan, Koushal Kumar Kotwal, Bandhana Jamwal, Ab. Rashid Magloo, Syed Mushtaq Ahmad, Tasheem Bashir, Sajid Hussain Bhat, Mohd Rafiq, Suhaib Ashraf Allaqaband and Zia ur Rehman Khan. —JNF |
