JAMMU, Apr 23: To spread awareness among the general public, the Cultural Wing, Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) Jammu today organized a cultural programme based on COVID-19 Do’s & Don’ts and to mark Azaadi Ka Amrut Mahotasav celebration, here at Rani Park, Kachi Chawani.
Artists of Cultural Wing, Jammu presented a scintillating theme based cultural programme.
Dogri Song “Ase Sare Gi Samjana ae, Ase Corona ethan Nasana ae .....” presented by senior artist Mohinder Kumar, besides Punjabi song on the said topic “Corona Aye Buri Bimari.....” presented by senior artist Balbir Singh were the main attractions of the programme.
Drama Instructor, Vijay Anand gave a brief resume of the activities being carried out by the Cultural Wing DIPR to disseminate awareness among the masses about COVID-19 Do’s and Don’ts and celebration of Azaadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav.
The proceedings of the cultural programme were conducted by senior artist Ajay Sharma.
Among others, senior artists of Cultural Wing, DIPR, Jammu, including Kamal Kumar, Ajay Sharma, Mohinder Kumar, Balbir Singh, Rajid Manzoor, prominent and locals were also present on the occasion. |
