GDC Reasi Orgbanises online slogan writing competition

Reasi, May 14: To celebrate 400th birth anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji, Govt. General Zorawar Singh Memorial Degree College Reasi (J&K) organized an online slogan writing competition on the life and teachings of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji. Theme of the event was “ Bharat Ki Dhaal - Guru Tegh Bahadur ji ”
A number of students of the college wrote slogans on the above mentioned theme.
Event was organized on 14th May 2021. Of all the students who participated, Parveen Singh and Mohan Singh bagged first prize, wheras Siddharth Singh and Aman Sharma got second prize and Avinash Kumar and Aman Kumar got 3rd prize. Event was organized by Prof. Sunil Mangotra, NCC Officer. Whole event was organized under the guidance of Dr. Chander Shekhar, Principal of the college.
E- Certificates shall be issued to the candidates who achieved first, second and third positions. Main aim of organizing the event was to educate the students about the life and teachings of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji. Earlier, college organized an online poster making competition and online quiz competition to commemorate the 400th birth anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur.
