Beopar Mandal demands collection of ration, and affix without fingerprint on the machine
6/28/2021 11:29:06 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, June 28: It has been brought in the notice of President Beopar Mandal & Distt General Sectt Congress Sardar Gurmeet Singh by the general public at Congress Party Headquarter Jammu that the Govt. has issued orders to ration dealers that the fingerprint is to be affixed on the machine provided by the Govt. by the members of Ration card holders. This practice is not practicable during the period when COVID-19 has been spread throughout the country. If a person who is suffering from COVID-19 comes for collection of ration and affix his fingerprint on the machine and get the ration accordingly the other card holders comes for ration as to affix the fingerprint on the machine. In this way, they will also catch the infection and will spread COVID-19 among the general public. If such things happen then the Director food and supply who has issued such orders and the BJP Govt. will be responsible for such happening and the case be registered under section 307. Secondly, BJP Govt has stopped to issue sugar to the ration holders but in the Congress Govt. the sugar was issued to all ration card holders and the children below 9 years of age was getting double sugar quota now it has been discontinued by the BJP Govt, this is clearly a discrimination with the general public. This aspect is required to be looked into by the present BJP Govt. Keeping in view of above mentioned facts govt should look into the matter and stop implementation of these orders of affixing fingerprints and the ration be issued as usual and sugar quota may also be allotted. The rate of atta and sugar be reduced as mentioned above in Para 3 & 4. It is crystal clear that the public is being looted on this account as there is no check by the Govt. In this way BJP leaders are looting money and fill up their pockets. PM should control all the things and if such things are not controlled by the present Govt. S. Gurmeet Singh Distt General Sectt Congress said that PM should resign from the post.
