Moreover, the DC directed the PWD department to start all other held up works by resolving the bottleneck within Seven days and submit the action taken report to the DC office. With regard to the sluggish electrification work by Shalaka Infra Tech in the rest of hamlets, the DC informed the participants that the management of the company has been pulled up for non serious approach. He asked the ACD to conduct a tour of Gai Dessa to take stock of the ground situation and accordingly take action against the erring agency. The DC also directed the PHE department to give wide publicity to the works taken up for restoration and repair of schemes, notifying the areas, for the information of people and getting public feedback about the left out areas. The XEn PDD was asked to submit the detail estimates of the works taken under augmentation of existing infrastructure for detecting any irregularities in the light of market rates. Regarding payment of pending installments of PMAY houses, the ACD informed that the order sheets have been generated by the BDOs, and as soon as the funds are made available in the central pool, the payments will be done. Regarding the installation of VSAT in the Panchayat Ghars, the DC directed the planning section to schedule a meeting with BSNL department to review the actual position and initiate measures for their functioning.
