AIBCU criticizes Modi government
7/27/2021 11:32:22 PM

Early Times Report

Vijaypur, July 27: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) unit Samba has condemned the attitude of Modi -BJP govt which appointed 27 MOS from among the OBCs but looted 27% share of OBC in NEET thereby depriving 11028 Seats to OBCs which exposed the OBC category of PM Modi. Addressing media persons, AIBCU also condemned the memorandum submitted by BJP OBC Morcha before the Chairman of Socially and educationally. Backward classes Commission on 14th of July at Sringar. “It exposed the so called OBC BJP leaders who mislead the Chairman of the Commission by giving wrong information”, they said. Most of the castes pleaded by OBC leaders for inclusion in SC.ST and OBC lists were already included into their respective categories but these OBC leaders were because of less knowledge wrongly pleaded, they alleged. They also condemned the demand of BJP Morcha for the inclusion “West Pakistani and POJK Refugees” in the OBC list on the ground that refugee group are not the castes but are group of castes which are already being treated according to their respective and categories. “If BJP want to give more benefits to refugees, then these refugee groups must be added in the ''general category '''where the reservation quota at present is about 78% against their population which is not more than 15%”, he said.
Besides BJP has too pleaded for the inclusion of same more castes, but Commission has to go by the criterion set by the apex court in its judgement of 1992 on Mandal report which says that any community which request for its inclusion must pass through the three criterion viz ; Social backwardness which carries 12 points, educationally and economically backwardness carry 6 and 4 points. Out of 22 points 11 points have to achieve for inclusion for which Social backwardness is a must. On delimitation Commission speakers appealed the prime minister to call a separate meet off all social organization at Dehli before doing any exercise like delimitation and there after assembly elections. District President Jagdish Verma, Madan Lal Verma Sardar Gain Singh, Puran Chand , Raghubir Chand Kuldip Blgotra were present on the occasion.
