| Yog Shivir organized at GHSS Shastri Nagar | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 5: The Department of Youth Services & Sports, zone Gandhi Nagar, has organized a Yog Shivir today at Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School Shastri Nagar in connection with India's 75 years of Independence @ 75 "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" under the overall supervision of DYSSO Jammu Sukhdev Raj Sharma.
On this occasion Chief Guest Smt.Geetu Bangotra, Principal Govt. GHSS Shastri Nagar highlighted the values and importance of Yog in today life and how Yog is helpful in boosting our immunity and eradicating the various deformities related to posture. A demonstration session was conducted by Sh. Rajesh Bandral, PET, Yog expert of Department of Youth Services & Sports district Jammu.
In the end ZPEO Gandhi Nagar Mrs. ChanderKanta proposed words of appreciation, and thanks the chief guest for her valuable support and extolling the staff for making their sincere efforts in making this event a great success. The prominent among the others present on the occasion who added more to the session was Sh. Chamel Singh, PEM, DYSS Office Jammu. All PELs, PEMs, PETs, REKs, NYCs and Ministerial Staff of zone Gandhi Nagar were present during the programme. |
