DODA, Aug 17: The District Development Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma today chaired the meeting of key officials of Rural Development Department here in the conference hall of DC office to review the progress of estimation and tendering of the works approved under B2V-3 and District Capex, besides the execution and completion of the taken up works.
The DDC directed the Ex En REW to float the tenders for all the pending works approved under B2V-3 in the next 5-6 days. The planning section was asked to issue an order for providing supporting staff from his office so that the works allotted are completed within the fixed timeline.
He also called for speedy estimation of works approved under Area Development Program (District Capex) and asked the concerned to complete the process in the next seven days.
The ACD was asked to place the JEs/TAs under suspension, who showed poor performance.
The DDC also directed the concerned to accord the Administrative approvals of all the works in their competence without any unnecessary delay.
He further asked them to monitor the execution of works on a daily basis.
