Jammu, Aug 24: The Jammu and Kashmir Tug-Of-War Association under the President Hardeep Singh Anand has selected teams to participate in the 34th Senior and 34th Juniot Men & Women Tug – of- War championship.
The championship is being held from 26th August till 28th August,2021 Junior & 30th – 1st Septemner,21 Senior at Bikaner, Nokha, Rajastan.
The teams were selected by S.Hardeep Singh Anand – President of the Association, Jodh Singh Isher – Secretary, Jasvir Singh – Vice President J&K Tug Of War Association,under the supervision of J & K Sports Counsil screening committee member comprising of Ashok Singh Jamwal – Divisional Sports Officer, Gautam Shukla and various Committee members at New Sports Complex, M.A. Stadium, Jammu. The selected players for 34th Senior National underweight category 600 KG include Sandeep Singh, Mandeep Singh, Ankit , Mukesh, Samdarsh, Mohd Asif, Mohd Jaffer, Hanan Farooq. In the 580 KG 4+4 Mix include : Gitanjali, Amrita, Chahat, Sharon, Mahreen,Suresh Kumar, Khushwant Singh, Harkirit, Gohar and Kannu Kumar In 34th Junior in 560 KG Include : Abhishek, Shaffon, Deepak, Fizan, Divum, Narayan, Rashid,Vasu, Arsalan and Burhan. In the 540 KG Mix includes: M/S. Mitali,Marjam, Arbina, Khair, Umaiya.
Gorav Kumar Dubey, Sourabh Kumar, Kiran Kumari , Suman Kumari, Robin Singh and Jaswinder Singh are accompying as coaches & Manager’s of these teams.
