Jammu, Sept 6: On assuming her new organisational responsibility as Prabhari of the District Akhnoor, Jammu and Kashmir BJP, Secretary, Rekha Mahajan, held an introductory meeting with the Akhnoor District team, Mandal Presidents, Morcha District Presidents ,Convenors and Co-convenors of Cells. It was organised under the Presidentship of District President Jagdish Bhagat.
Ex MLA Krishan Lal Bhagat, Vice Chairman, DDC, Suraj Singh, Seh Prabhari, Brajeshwar Singh Rana, Manmohan Singh, National Executive Member, Kissan Morcha, former VC, Daljeet Singh chib, Jugal Dogra, senior leader, DDC members Bhushan Bral, Sharda Bhau, Municipal Committee Chairmen Jourian and Khour Surinder Sharma and Madan Lal were prominent among those present in the meeting. Rekha Mahajan was given a warm reception on reaching the meeting venue and also felicitated on the occasion to congratulate her for new task. The District President Jagdish Bhagat, briefed her about party's organisational set up at the District and Mandal levels.
He also announced Prabharies of various Morchas and greeted them for their new responsibilities. Ex President, Akhnoor District, Manmohan Singh was also felicitated for his induction as National Executive Member, Kissan Morcha. Rekha Mahahan, while addressing the meeting, thanked the organization for showing trust on her.
Rekha said that the BJP is a party of principles, working for the upliftment of all the sections of the society, irrespective of their religion, caste and creed. Karyakarta is the backbone and strength of the party and the BJP gives its worker full opportunity to move forward. |
