Pak gets befitting reply
9/7/2021 11:31:03 PM
After the death of separatist leader, Syed Ali Shah Geelani, militant handlers sitting across the Line of Control made every possible attempt to disturb peace in Kashmir by issuing provocative statements.
But the Pak stooges who in the past used to carry forward the agenda of the neighbouring country have lost their addresses and there is no one left in the Valley who could dance to the tunes of Pakistan. Terror bosses saw an opportunity in Geelani’s death to grind their axe, but they couldn’t succeed in their nefarious designs.
Militant and separatist handlers are unable to digest the fact that the Kashmir didn’t react to Geelani’s death and people resumed their normal lives just within a few days. The message is clear that people of Kashmir are no more interested in separatism.
Mainstream parties in Kashmir maintained silence over Geelani’s death as most of the Kashmir centric leaders don’t want to end up in trouble again. It seems they have realized that when they were in detention no one in the Valley came out to seek their release.
People of Kashmir are no more interested in hollow slogans and mere rhetoric. After August 5, 2019, Kashmir scenario has changed completely. There have been no strikes and street protests in the Valley.
Pakistan stooges have been cut to size and the handful of people who used to create unrest are cooling their heels in prison.
Kashmir not reacting to Geelani’s death is ample proof of the fact that there is no support left for separatism and Pakistan.
The neigbouring country should understand that people are no more ready to become cannon-fodder as they have realized that violence and guns are no solution.
The past 2-years have made one thing clear that separatists and Pakistan were calling the shots due to the fear psychosis created by the terrorists sponsored by the neighbouring country. They used to enforce their writ on the dint of the gun.
From construction of terror tunnels to use of drones for smuggling arms into Jammu region or dropping of bombs and waiting for a chance to trigger street protests in Kashmir Pakistan is doing everything.
Pakistan seems to be misconstruing India’s desire for peace as its weakness but the fact is that India can hit back and hit back hard.
