JAMMU, Sept 12: Jammu and Kashmir Centre for Creative Arts (JKCCA), Jammu today organized an online condolence meeting to condole the death of Subhash Anand, a senior artist, cartoonist & a Hindi poet who left for heavenly abode this week.
D P Abrol, O P Sharma, Jang S. Verman, Anil, Anita Sharma, Ravi Kumar, Deepak Kumar, Bimla Sharma, Jaswant Singh and others conveyed their condolences during the online meeting. O P Sharma while remembering the art & contribution of Anand said that he was a good artist, cartoonist and Hindi poet who has contributed in the field of art, literature and cartooning for quite a long period. He appreciated his nature and said that he has been very cooperative in all pursuits of art activities. He added that Sh. Subhash Anand has survived his wife, son and a Hindi poetess daughter. The members prayed God for blessing the departed soul and bless the family members to bear the irreparable loss to the family. |
