JAMMU, Sept 16: ADGP Mukesh Singh honoured master category gold medalist Khushwinder Singh with certificate and gold medals. On the occasion Ajay Sharma, General Secretary, Jammu District Power Lifting Association, Senior Vice President Rahul Sahni and Media Secretary Vinay Sharma were also present.
The ADGP congratulated Khushwinder for this achievement and wished him all the best for setting similar records in future. He said that while being associated with the media for 25 years, even in such a busy life, taking out time for one-self and focusing on fitness inspires others as well. ADGP Mukesh Singh said that along with youth, people of growing age also need to pay attention to fitness be it through yoga or physical exercise. |
