PM Modi envisaged jet-speed development for J&K: Kavinder
9/17/2021 11:49:07 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 17: The pace of development in Jammu and Kashmir as envisaged by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is moving with super-sonic speed since everyday a new project is launched or existing one gets completed thus making this a new norm in the Union Territory.
This was stated by senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta after starting road work worth Rs 80 lakh here at Ward No. 53, Trikuta Nagar.
While extending best wishes to PM Modi on his birthday, Kavinder said that the pace of works being carried out by the BJP government is astonishing as developmental profile of the region is changing overnight with blocks and buildings getting shapes in days and not years as the earlier case when the regimes of corrupt leaders used to rule the roost. He said that PM Modi has set an example in showing commitment to India's life values and democratic traditions. He announced that 'Sewa Hi Samarpan' campaign has been launched to mark the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Former Deputy Chief Minister said that publicizing the welfare schemes launched by the BJP Government is vital for ensuring upliftment of the underprivileged. He said that under Sewa Hi Samarpan scheme the public welfare initiatives of the Union government will be publicized and Modi's charisma will be highlighted across the UT. He made it clear that BJP leadership in the UT will continue to dedicate itself to the people without any discrimination or distinction.
The BJP stalwart asked the party members to take a cue from the life of PM Modi and dedicate their life for the nation, its people and the party because this is the precondition for being a nationalist, which every member of BJP is from core of its heart.
Vinay Gupta District President; Ashok Khajuria former MLA, Lucky Puri Corporator, Ajay Gupta Corporator Ward No 52, Narinder Koki, Sanjay Pandit, Manoj Chopra, Poonam, Divya Jain and Anuradha Sharma were also present.
