BBIA felicitates Union Minister for MSME

JAMMU, Sept 17: Narayan Tatu Rane, Union Minister for Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) along with Jugal Kishore Sharma Member Parliament, Raghav Langer Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Kashav Dutt Chairperson, District Development Council, Samba, Anuradha Gupta, Deputy Commissioner, Samba, Anoo Malhotra, Director Industries & Commerce, Jammu, Smita Sethi, Managing Director, J&K SIDCO & other officers of various departments of J&K UT visited Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA). The minister reached BBIA during his visit to District Samba under the ongoing public outreach programme of the Centre Government.
While welcoming the Union Minister, Lalit Mahajan, President of BBIA conveyed heartiest thankful to Govt. of India working under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the grant of Fiscal Incentives of Rs 28,400 crores for the Industrial Sector of J&K.
A delegation of Office Bearers and members of Bari Brahmana Industries Association under the Presidentship of Lalit Mahajan highlighted the various issues related to the Industrial Sector for the kind consideration of Narayan Tatu Rane which include Extension of 300% Reimbursement of Gross GST to the Existing MSME Units at par with Govt. of Industrial Development Scheme 2021, Relief to Existing MSME Industrial Sector of J&K during COVID-19 current Situation, Compulsory Purchase by Central Govt. /Union Territory of J&K Departments, Reimbursement of Road Freight for the dispatch of Industrial Goods to Domestic Market as well as for Export from Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, Non availability of Non-Agriculture Land for Industrial purpose to Outside Investors, Establishment of Export Promotion Industrial Parks/ SEZ's in Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir & Establishment of Mini Tool Room.
Lalit Mahajan presented a memento to the Union Minister as a token of respect.
Union Minister Narayan Tatu Rane assured the delegation to resolve the issues related to the Industrial Sector as early as possible for speedy Industrial Growth in our State which will provide Employment to local Unemployed youths of the State.
