| Fire safety mock drill marks end of World Patient Safety week in DH hospital Ramban | | | Early Times Report
RAMBAN, Sept 17: Fire safety mock drill cum awareness programme marked the end of World Patient Safety week activities in DH hospital Ramban.
The personnel of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services demonstrated the mock rescue drill after a patient safety workshop.
Earlier, the programme began with a Patient Safety Pledge by the hospital staff and the students of Ancillary Nursing and Midwifery Training (ANMT) School to ensure safety of patients in health care facilities, community and country besides ensuring 'safe maternal and new-born care'.
The pogramme was presided over by the Medical Superintendent Dr. Hameed Zargar in presence of District Nodal Officer, Quality Assurance Program, Dr. Rajesh Kotwal.
The doctors and staff members also attended a webinar on 'Patients' Safety' hosted by the National Health Systems Resource Center (NHSRC) of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GOI, New Delhi. |
