PNB offers pre-approved analytics based retail loans

JAMMU, Sept 19: Punjab National Bank (PNB) offers pre-approved analytics based retail loans giving fillip to digitization with changing customers' expectations for a faster, more secure and seamless borrowing experience in the direction of growth on Indian economy along with MSME and Non MSME segment. Yatender Kumar, Circle Head of Punjab National Bank (Jammu Circle) elaborating about schemes under MSME and NON-MSME segment informed that bank is offering special scheme for borrowers who are NEW TO BANK (NIB) wishing to avail business loan facility from PNB above Rs 20 Lakh with interest rates starting as low as 6.801/o for MSME borrowers and 7.00% for non-MSME borrowers. There are relaxations also in processing and upfront fees by 50% and as a special feature the ROI applied will be applicable even after the expiry of this offer. We urge every business entity, including borrowers dealing with other banks to utilize this opportunity that can be availed up to 31.12.2021.
Punjab National Bank has taken another initiative to drive growth of retail assets portfolio as a key strategic priority i.e pre approved analytic based offers to identify the existing customers of the bank at HO level on the basis of available data base to offer them preapproved loans under various retail loan schemes and customers are informed through the digital mode such as SMS, email and outbound call from call centres. PNB is offering HOME Loan at an attractive rate of interest of 6.60% for salaried class and 6.70% in case of self employed for all fresh and takeover Home Loans of Rs 50 Lakh & above for customers having good credit history. Further, bank is also offering FRESH TOP UP Wan to their existing home loan borrowers with outstanding of Rs.25.00 Lakhs & above in shape of Term Loan and Overdraft facility with ROI of 7,15% and 8.15% respectively for borrowers with satisfactory credit record. This offer is also applicable to new home loan borrowers who wish to apply for home loan facility from PNB for more than Rs 25.00 Lakhs. The scheme will be valid till 31.03.2022 so that more and more customers can avail the benefits.
