BJP holds meet of its Office Modernization Deptt.

Jammu, Oct 11: Jammu & Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party held meeting of its department of Office Modernization at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
J&K BJP General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul chiefly addressed the meeting which was convened by Arvind Gupta State Convenor of the department.
Department Co-Convenors Nitish Mahajan and Rakesh Gupta were also present in the meeting which was participated by the District Convenors and Co-convenors from 17 organizational Districts of Jammu region.
Ashok Kaul while addressing the meeting appreciated the work done by the department. He discussed the important issues related to the modernization of the BJP’s district offices as per requirement of the modern offices. He also instructed the District Convenors to equip the party’s district offices with the modern gadgets, with special stress on 24/7 internet, telephone facility, well maintained sitting spaces and other essential office requirements.
Kaul also laid stress on well maintained library with party literature, needed staff and availability of senior party leaders to meet the visiting common masses and party activists. He also sought details from the district convenors about the present status of the district offices and also the further requirements to be provided.
Arvind Gupta gave briefing on the work done till date by the department for complete modernization of the party offices in districts. He said that the department members are doing brilliant job on every minute details to keep their offices up to date and assured the high command that the BJP’s offices will be best in class up to the aspirations of party activists, senior leaders and common masses. He also thanked the party leaders for their constructive participation in the meeting.
