| Clean India programme organized in Khour Zone | | |

JAMMU, Oct 14: Clean India programme under the AZADI KA AMRUT MAHOTSAV was organized on the direction of Director, Youth Services & Sports J&K Jenab Gazanfer Ali in zone Khour.
The programme was organized under the supervision of Sukhdev Raj Sharma District, Youth Services & Sports Officer Jammu, Romesh Chander, in-charge Zonal Physical Education Officer Khour. The cleanliness drive programme was organized at Khour Market. All the field staff of the zone were present during the said programme.
Deputy Ram President, Municipality Khour and other prominent captain Ramesh Kumar & Naveen Sharma were present there. This program was organized with an aim of giving local people knowledge about the harmful effect of single plastic. With the cooperation of above mentioned local people, storekeeper along with field staff of zone Khour the said programme became successful.
The in-charge ZPEO Khour speaking on the occasion exhorted upon all the field staff to keep their market and localities plastic free. He also urged them to spread awareness in the society about the harmful effects of single use plastic. |
