jammu, Nov 8: The High Court today gave additional charge of Principal Sessions Judge Jammu to Kishore Kumar and Principal Sessions Judge Srinagar to Jeema Bashir.
According to the order issued by Registrar General Jawad Ahmed that consequent upon the appointments of Mohan Lai and Mohammad Akram Chowdhary, District Judges (Super Time Scale), presently holding the post of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu and Srinagar respectively, as the Judges of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh in terms of Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice (Department of Justice), Notification No. K.13021/01/2020-US.II dated 03rd November, 2021 the additional charge of these courts is assigned to Kishore Kumar, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jammu and Jeema Bashir, P.O. Fast Track Court, POCSO Cases, Srinagar till further orders. |
