| KP delegation calls on Relief Commissioner | | |

Jammu, Nov 26: Today a delegation of Sarpanchs and KP leader under the leadership of President JKNC Minority Cell M.K Yogi had a meeting with Relief and Rehabilitation commissioner regarding copansastion for the family of Chand Ji Koul Sarpanch Talwani Block Achabal District Anantnag who recently expired. Relief commissioner listened patiently and assured that he will recommend the case strongly to the government for redessal. Also meeting was held with DC relief Davinder Singh Bahu regarding correction of Names in the ration cards. He was given understand that in Kashmiri Pandit families before marriage girls have one name and after marriage their name is changed by in-laws.DC relief assured that in future correction of names will be don on production of ethntic proof. The other members who were part of delegation are Sarpanchs present Chaman Lal Dhar, Rakesh Kumar Koul, Anil Sharma, Manoj ji Pandita, Ravinder Pandita, Ashok, Dhar Vimal Raina. |
