| SMDC meeting held at Govt Girls School Rehari | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 11: A meeting of the School Management Development Committee (SMDC) was held at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Rehari Colony in which several issues pertaining to development of school were discussed. Pertinent to mention, under Samagra Shiksha, funds are allocated to various Government schools for taking up the utmost important works for schools development.
District General Secretary BJP and Member of the SMDC Karan Sharma along with other members including Principal Taheera Begum, other members including Babu Ram Jandiyal, Amit Dutta, Raju Gupta, Rajesh Slathia, Sachin Goel and several others participated in the meeting and chalked out various works that are needed to be taken up urgently.
While speaking on the occasion, Karan Sharma said that various important matters related to welfare of schools were discussed. He said the matter related to the cleanliness in the school premises, upgradation of Drinking water tank, Toilets for students and staff, development of classrooms and several other things were discussed in presence of SMDC members for which everyone has given their consent and soon the work will be done on these things in order to provide adequate infra to the students and staff of the school.
Taheera Begum expressed her gratitude towards members of the SMDC and said that the management is committed to provide best possible services to the students and staff and being a responsible employee of the Education Department, it becomes our duty to serve the nation by helping the Government in every way possible. |
