JAMMU, Dec 27: A deputation of Jammu & Kashmir Teachers Forum led by Ganesh Khajuria, Chairman and comprising of central body members S. Surat Singh Toofani, J A Agah, Kuldeep Singh Bandral, B.A Thoker and P.D Singh, called on B.K Singh Principal Secretary School Education Department and submitted a charter of long pending demands pertaining to the teaching and non teaching cadres of the department.
Khajuria put up all the issues in effective way to the Principal Secretary. These include speeding up the process of DPC of Teachers to Masters, Masters to Headmasters and Teachers/ Masters to Lecturers and all the non teaching cadres, filling up of vacant posts of Principals, Lecturers, Headmasters, Masters, Teachers and Ministerial Staff, removal of pay Anomalies in favour of all cadres at par with the central government employees, adjustment of all surplus teaching staff, detachment of all teaching cadres working in different administrative offices, implementation of ATD 2021 of all left out districts particularly Rajouri, Udhampur and Jammu, subject based rationalization of teaching staff, immediate replacement of ZRC's, ZRP's, CRP's and the staff engaged in the DIETS' and SIES', transition of Gr-II and Gr-III teachers on substantive posts, transfer policy in favour of Teacher Gr-II and Gr- III and regularization of CPWs and implementation of minimum wages act till their regularization.
After hearing and discussing all the issues in details the Principal Secretary School Education assured the delegation that all the issues shall be resolved at an earliest as the administration is working vigorously on it. The Principal Secretary assured the deputation that transfer list of teachers of district Rajouri under ATD 2021which was kept in abeyance by the authorities, shall be released very shortly. |
