NSUI asks UT administration to revoke GAD anti youth decision

Jammu, Feb 6: National Students Union of India J&K condemned the decision of the UT administration for withdrawing the posts referred to JKPSC & JKSSB prior to 31/10/2019.
Sunny Parihar NSUI State President strongly condemned and expressed against the arbitrary and illegal Withdrawal of posts referred to JKPSC and JKSSB.Sunny Parihar slammed Bhartiya Janta party for exploiting and harrassing you youngesters and warned the administration run by BJP Govt not to play with the career of the youth of Jammu Kashmir.
It is pertinent to mention here that there is already dearth of job opportunities for the youth of J&K. It is quite shocking that this Blunder would create further chaos among the youth as they will be deprived of their legitimate right of employment.
The youth is future architect and they are future of any nation but depriving he youth of their legitimate rights of participation in the selection process has been said to be unconstitutional, improper, inappropriate action in part of the UT Administration.
Sunny Parihar Further condemned the action of the UT administration whereby the selection process which is pending prior to 30/10/2019 have been declared to be withdrawn.
Whereas as a matter of fact that number of litigations are also pending before the Hon’ble High court/CAT wherein sepcific direction have been issued by the High court time to time but this arbitrary and illegal order has suspended the powers of the Hon’ble High court and with one stroke of pen the future of the youth has been ruined by the government.
Sunny Parihar further warned the UT Administration to immediately withdraw the illegal and arbitrary order with 10 days and fill up all the vacant posts for which the youth is striving hard.
Otherwise consequences gone beyond your imaginations there is already rate of Unemployment about 23% in the State.
