| Civil Society Rajouri dismayed over Delimitation Commission draft report | | |

RAJOURI, Mar 5: A meeting of civil society was held in a virtual mode in which the members of the civil society belonging to various areas of Rajouri district participated. The members discussed the report of the delimitation commission in detail and appealed the delimitation commission to consider the memorandum submitted on this behalf by the civil society of Rajouri.
Chaudhary Rashid Azam Inqlabi informed in the meeting that he has also submitted the memorandum to delimitation commission for giving fear deals to Rajouri district as has been done with Kathua district. He has also taken up matters with associate members and all the political parties to support the Rajouri district for its due share as per the population and area of the district. Some members of civil society informed, that the people of Rajouri in general annoyed with the report of the commission which has not given the due share to the Rajouri district and threatened to start the agitation if justice is not done. |
