4/14/2022 12:34:02 AM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Apr 13: ‘Intentionally or unintentionally’ a coterie of Babus is facilitating the entry of the Aam Adami Party (AAP) in Jammu and Kashmir in general and Jammu province in particular. With every passing day, AAP is gaining strength in Jammu province with leaders from different political parties and some social activists joining the party.
The only reason for the strengthening of AAP in Jammu province is the prevailing governance deficit in the region. A coterie of Babus, which has a direct influence on the Raj Bhawan is solely responsible for the growing anger of the people against the present dispensation. Highly placed sources said that this coterie is misleading Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha about the implementation of various policies on the ground. “It is all due to the casual attitude of this coterie that the system has been completely collapsed and the J&K has been plunged into unprecedented c
Who sabotaged Mankotia's entry into BJP?
Within days after resigning from the Panthers Party, the two-time MLA from Udhampur Balwant Singh Mankotia was ready to join BJP but the move was sabotaged by some forces.
Highly placed sources said that Mankotia was in touch with BJP leadership but he was not allowed to join BJP by some forces which are roping-in leaders of other parties to join the Saffron brigade. These forces are trying to give an impression to the BJP high command that local party leadership is incapable and only they are competent enough to strengthen BJP in J&K.
On February 10, 2021, a two-time legislator Balwant Singh Mankotia resigned from the basic membership of the Panthers Party.
ises”, sources said and added that the politically astute leadership of AAP is taking benefits of the prevailing anarchy and chaos in J&K. Although anger is brewing among the whole population of J&K against the anti-people policies of the present regime, the Jammu region is bearing the maximum brunt because those at the helm of the affairs are taking the people of this region far-granted. Highly placed sources said that during the internal survey conducted by AAP in J&K, it came to the fore that anger against the present government was more in Jammu as compared to Kashmir Valley. “During the last nearly two years, the present regime has tried its best to make people of Jammu region jobless”, sources said and added that the failure of the local BJP leadership to check the anti-people policies of LG administration has provided an opportunity to the AAP to strengthen its base in Jammu province which is a strong base of Saffron Party.
