| Broadband service snapped, business community suffers | | Poor BSNL service irks consumers | | Rajesh Tandon

Poonch, Apr 15: The mobile and internet services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) have been snapped in Jammu and Kashmir since long which has severely affected the common masses as well as the business community of these the Union Territory.
Sources told Early Times that there was no proper mobile network and broadband internet service since long which is being provided by the BSNL Company.
As all the offices are connected with BSNL broadband internet which effected badly when when the internet services of the company remain close for hours in daily routine.
Sources said that the employees deployed in various offices the company allegedly misuse the fuel and make services active only during power supply, when electricity goes stop, it close badly.
The BSNL doesn’t bother to take measures to rectify the problems which generally erupt every other day. The cables can be seen handing in various areas which are generally get broken,” said Ghulam Rasool, Rishi Kpoor, Rajesh Kumar, Sham Lal, Mohd Iqbal, Shabir Ahmed of locals of Rajouri and Poonch.
The aspirant youths are facing difficulties in filing online farms in absence of broadband internet connectivity. Despite the fact that BSNL generates the high revenue yet it has failed to provide better services to its consumers, said local from Poonch. Locals have appealed to government to tender all offices and banks to other internet company as BSNL has failed in all fronts. |
