| Cleanliness drive organise by LFO-BH Foundation | | |  Early Times Report
Srinagar, May 15: Live for Others-Being Helpful Foundation organise cleanliness drive in two different spots of Rural area of Srinagar, (Padsha paal Dara) & (Astaanmarg).
As we know that Srinagar is the tourist attractions point and the main aim of this cleanliness drive is to promote the Swacch Bharat Mission & provide a neat & clean environment to the tourist & locals.
The team members of the LFO-BH Foundation also conducted awareness drive to aware people to follow Covid Appropriate Behaviour and be environment-friendly by not throwing plastic, waste material and other non - decomposable materials in the water.
The team of Live For Others- Being Helpful NGO went to spread some awareness by means of this campaign.
Also by not forgetting about the cleanliness of our city, they requested people not to throw any sort of plastic in the water body. As we see the water level of River is decreasing day by day and is getting polluted by non- decomposable waste thrown by local people & tourist which is very harmful for aquatic life as well as for all the living organisms.
Shah Amir ( President Kashmir Province) while speaking to media person says that everyone there to keep in mind that the plastic thrown in water bodies or even on the roads can be a major threat to the health of every living being.
The volunteers of the organisation collected the waste material and throw it in the nearby dustbins and try to make the area clean, healthy and attractive.
The volunteers present on the occasion were Shah Aamir, Rizwanullah, Faizan illahi, Hadi, Rifat Ara, Afreen Barkat, Rizwana, Urfee and many more. |
