Kathua, May 24: Principal GDC Kathua Prof. Sumanesh Jasrotia dedicated the newly constructed toilet Block/Washroom to the inmates of Boys hostel Kathua today on 24/05/2022. It was the long pending demand and dire need of the students of this Hostel . This toilet block has ten compartments including the washrooms and has been constructed by JKPCC.
After the inauguration ceremony, the Principal GDC Kathua Prof. Sumanesh Jasrotia along with College Development Committee, Boys Hostel Committee members Prof Raj Kiran, Prof Rakesh Singh, Dr Pankaj Gupta, Dr. Suryapartap Singh, Dr. Ram Krishan, Dr. Roshan Lal, Dr J S Soodan, Dr Sanjeev Sharma visited the Boys Hostel of GDC Kathua. The principal along with the committee members visited the inmate rooms, Reading room, Kitchen, Dining Hall, and Washrooms and listened to the grievances of students. He assured the students of all help and repair works to be carried out in the hostel. He also conceded the long pending demand of students for one new refrigerator for the kitchen of the hostel. He also inquired about the timing of the opening and closing of the hostel main gate entry for the students. He also enquired about various facilities being given to the students in presence of members of the College Development Committee. |
