| GLDM Degree college organizes a lecture | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, June 6: Computer applications department of GLDM Degree college in collaboration with IQAC organized a lecture on “Building Digital Start-ups in 2022- Scope and Possibilities”. Dr. Pragya Khanna Principal of the college was the chief guest on the occasion where as Arush Mahajan Co-founder of companies like via ENS, Branding Media was the resource person for the event.
While delivering the welcome address Prof. Parveen Sharma said that we are highly obliged that Mr. Arush has spared his valuable time to interact with our students and we are definitely feel that this session will be a fruitful for the students and show them a new horizon of career opportunities in this digitally competitive world.
Dr. Pragya Khanna Principal of the college in her said that these kinds of lectures are the motivating factors and bring out the entrepreneurship skills among the students. She further added that internet is a platform or an opportunity to everyone where we can be an employer instead of an employee and provide platform to others to be self dependent.
Arush Sharma in his address make students aware about concept of industry 4.0.- 5.0. he also explains how internet can help you in building careers and to build your own start-ups and become an entrepreneur.
He also encouraged students by telling that how he faced the hardships in building his own star-ups.
While introducing the resource person Prof. Sujat Khan HoD Computer Applications and IQAC coordinator present the brief introduction of the start-ups of Mr. Arush and his accomplishments as a resource person in different University.
A proceeding of the session and vote of thanks was delivered by Prof. Ritika HoD Political science. She also extends her thanks to Arush for his valuable talk. |
