Jammu, June 6: Abhinav Anand president, Trikuta nagar (Sector 7) Traders Association and Vikram Puri Executive Member Amar Singh Club Calls upon SSP JAMMU CHANDAN KOHLI (IPS) today to apprise him about the problems faced by traders.
Mr Anand and Mr Puri exchanges please tried with SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli and had therebare discussion with him. They brought in the notice of the SSP the general Grievances of the traders including crime rate prevalent in Jammu. They Submitted that frequent cases of theft in the commercial areas had only added to the woes of the trading community.Mr. Anand and Mr. Puri further submitted that J&K police on its toes but installation of CCTV cameras and regular patrolling in Trikuta nagar and adjacent areas would definitely put a curb on the midnight crimes.
Mr. Anand and Mr Puri further said that ever since Mr.Chandan Kohli had taken over SSP JAMMU the crime rate in the UT had come down drastically.
The SSP gave a patient hearing to the President Mr.Anand And Mr Puri and assured him full cooperation in addressing the problems faced by traders.
The SSP further asserted that young entrepreneurs should come forward and co-operate with the police to control crime as their social responsibility.He said police and public together can defeat the nefarious designs of anti social elements to maintain law and order in the UT.Mr Anand and Mr. Puri praised the SSP JAMMU for his previous work done in the past postings and thanked him for extending his support for the cause of traders. |
