Jammu, June 19: BJP Mahila Morcha J&KUT Spokesperson Ritika Trehan on Sunday strongly condemned killing of Police Sub Inspector Farooq Ahmad Mir in Pampore area on Saturday. In her condolence , Ritika termed the dastardly attack as shocking and heart wrenching. Radical forces have only added to the woes of the people and such acts are highly culpable. Violence in any of its manifestations is always unacceptable and will yield nothing except for further death and destruction,” she added.She said that the vicious cycle of death has caused much loss to human lives in J&K and created a stressful environment for the whole population living here.“The forces inimical to peace have wreaked havoc to the socio-economic conditions of the people during the last over three decades and it is high time for such incidents to be stopped now,” she observed. Ritika extended her profound condolences to the bereaved family to bear this irretrievable loss and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. |
