First meeting of trust Committee of Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir held

JAMMU, June 26: The first meeting of newly constituted Trust Committee of Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Gandhi Nagar, here was held today in the premises of the temple under the chairmanship of Gulchain Singh Charak, President of the Management Trust. Charak introduced the trustees, special invitees and office bearers with their background areas of expertise and their contributions in different fields. S C Rekhi and Deepak Gupta were re-elected as General Secretary and Treasurer respectively for the management committee unanimously.
Various committees were also constituted as per the experience and attitude of the members for the effective functioning and propagation of activities religiously and spiritually. Keeping in view the ensuing Shri Amar Nath Ji Yatra it was decided to charge 50 percent of the existing rent for AC (VIP) rooms and free accommodation along with bedding in the hall.
Charak urged upon all the trustees, special invitees to work with sincerity, zeal, dedication and with true heart for the overall development, up-gradation and reformation in view of rules and regulations for better performance. The meeting ended with thanks to all who attended the meeting.
