Kavinder, Pathania take stock of public grievances

JAMMU, June 28: Kavinder Gupta, former Dy. Chief Minister accompanied by R S Pathania, former MLA & J&K BJP Spokesperson listened to public grievances at BJP headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Many deputations including individual persons visited the party office to discuss their issues with the senior BJP leaders.
Deputations & common people discussed various issues related to the development of their respective areas and their other concerns.
Amongst issues pertaining to drinking water, electricity, NABARD roads, a wide rainbow of deputations called on in the BJP office with references and telephone calls to concerned officials.
“J&K BJP has assigned the duty to senior party leaders to daily meet and attend to the issues of the common masses in order to grant easy access to the masses.
This whole exercise is in accordance with the party principle of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas objective”, said Kavinder Gupta, while speaking on the occasion.
Kavinder Gupta stressed on the party’s sincere attempt to have direct interaction with the masses and provide best possible solutions to their day to day administrative and development issues.
R S Pathania while speaking on the occasion called upon the people to avail of the revolutionary concept ‘Sahyog Cell’ of the party. He said that it is a sincere attempt to lessen the gap between administration and people and ensure that genuine issues of people are redressed in an efficacious way.
Proceedings were piloted by Mr Arvind Gupta, State Secretary, and Gourav Pargal.
In another function, J & K unit of Democratic Liberal Party led by Gen Secy (Org), Ramesh Katoch joined in BJP with its organisational heads from province as well as districts. Prominent among those who joined included ....
Similarly, Chaman Bhagat, ex-Corporator, also joined with his supporters at BJP headquarters. Prominent among those who joined included Ashok Kumar, Showkat Ahmed, Mohammad Amin Lone, Mohd Amhed Bhat, Ranjeet Singh Jamwal, Ranjit Singh Chib, Ved Parkash, Nittu Kumar, Sandeep Kumar, Farooq AhmedMalik, Farooq Ahmed, Harjinder Singh, Mohammad Shafiq Mirza, Ajay Ragotra, Rajinder Kour, Amarjit Kour, Mohammad Khalil Malik, Nasir Ahmad Malik and Kasim Din Bhatt.
Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor, remained specially present on the occasion. He had a word of appreciation and welcome for the new entrants. Mr Tilak Gupta, office Secretary, also remained present.
